Bespoke Furniture

Our luxury furniture collection includes bespoke and custom-made pieces created specifically for each customer.

Before production begins, we work with you to confirm the agreed design, dimensions, materials, colours, finishes and other specifications. We therefore strongly recommend reviewing and confirming all specifications carefully before placing your order.

When We Accept a Return or Provide a Remedy

If your bespoke furniture arrives with a genuine fault or does not match the agreed order, please contact us as soon as possible.

This may include situations such as:

• The furniture arrives damaged.
• The wrong item has been supplied.
• The item does not match the agreed specifications.
• The product has a manufacturing fault.
• The product is not as described or does not conform to the contract.

Where there is a genuine fault or the product does not conform to the agreed order, we will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Damage on Delivery

Please inspect your furniture when it is delivered.

If you notice visible damage, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs or other evidence of the damage where available.

We will investigate the issue with the relevant delivery or manufacturing partner and work with you to resolve it.

Wrong or Incorrect Item

If you receive an item that is different from the furniture or specifications agreed in your order, please contact us immediately.

We will review the order details and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair or another remedy where applicable.

Natural Materials & Finishes

Luxury furniture may contain natural materials such as wood, stone, leather and natural fabrics. Variations in grain, texture, colour and finish may occur and can be part of the natural character of the material.

Minor natural variations that are consistent with the agreed material or finish are not necessarily considered faults.
