The 6–8 week timeframe is an estimated delivery period and may vary depending on the specific furniture piece, customisation, manufacturing requirements and delivery arrangements.

After Your Order

Once your order has been confirmed and placed, the furniture will proceed through the relevant manufacturing and delivery process.

We will keep you informed regarding the expected progress and delivery arrangements where appropriate.

Customised Furniture

Bespoke furniture may be customised according to the options available for the selected product. This can include materials, fabrics, colours, finishes, dimensions and other specifications.

Customisation requirements may affect the manufacturing and delivery timeframe. The expected timeframe will be discussed with you when your order is arranged.

Delivery Arrangements

Because our bespoke furniture can be large, heavy or specially manufactured, delivery arrangements may differ from standard parcel deliveries.

We will provide the relevant delivery arrangements for your order and contact you regarding the expected delivery where necessary.

Delivery Damage

Please inspect your furniture when it is delivered.

If your furniture arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of the damage where available.

We will assess the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate solution.
