No return for bespoke furniture (made-to-measure furniture) if there is no fault. Custom-made items are tailored specifically to your specifications and are non-returnable unless there is a fault with the product. We are responsible for any fault in items until they are delivered to your home. If you receive a product with a fault, please contact us immediately. We will address the issue and ensure that the faulty item is replaced or repaired as necessary.
3. Sofa Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty on all sofas (excluding personal damages). This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues that arise under normal use. Please note that damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or negligence are not covered.
